Project Overview
The Daniels Group were appointed to carry out unusual cantilevered glass and steel structure in collaboration with Bulthaup Kitchens.
- Demolition of existing Victorian outbuilding, installation of new structural steel frame.
- Construction of Architect designed ‘floating’ structure designed to enable contemporary extension and reading room.
- Manufacture of bespoke oak and glass windows and feature frameless glass extension.
- Specialist large format glazing installation.
- Partnered with Bulthaup kitchens Mayfair on all works within kitchen, utility and build project.
- Demolition of major internal load-bearing walls, installing beams to provide open plan spaces
- Conversion of building to provide large utility and plant areas
- Replacement of all below ground services, plumbing, mechanical and heating services.
- Manufacture of custom joinery, installation of bathrooms and shower rooms.
- Restoration of period features, complete decoration and restoration of floor finishes.
